Cost: $40 (registration limited to 25 indivduals)
Kaaren is an instructor for Treaty #3 area trapper education and has offered to teach a short, non-certificate workshop to interested anthropology/archaeology students. Students wanting to learn more about traditional lifeways and Subarctic economic pursuits will find this an informative and worthwhile workshop. This workshop will present medicine wheel teachings, customary practices as well as the ethical treatment of animals and the land. Trapping and snaring information will also be offered.
