MAS Conference and AGM 2021

The Manitoba Archaeological Society 2021 Conference and AGM will be held online Saturday, November 20, 2021.

Bailey Palamar will discuss the Good Site and her experience at field school.

Ashley Austin will discuss her experiences moving directly from field school to proper field work as a student.

Mary Malainey will discuss the 2021 Olson Site investigation. 

Sara Halwas will discuss Olson Site archaeobotanical research.

Gary Wowchuk will flintknapping over the lunch hour. 

Mark Paxton-MacRae will discuss his experince working at a site in NW Ontario. 

Scott Hamilton/Nick Kuncewicz will present on using drones in archaeological research.

Kevin Brownlee will present on his experiences curating archaeological collections as an Ininew Curator. 

Reid Graham will present on renewing Site Inventory Forms for the Manitoba's Historic Resources Branch.
